We've all heard horror stories on Social Media about beauty scammers & deposit thieves. –here's a list of beauty professionals, recommended by a beauty professional.
Social media has truly been a gift and a curse to both those looking to find beauty services in their area & professionals wanting to grow their visibility to new clients. It's as easy as getting on instagram, & typing in "#MakeupArtistsNearMe" or as a service provider, adding that hashtag to a post to gain more engagement. Immediately a list of hundreds if not thousands of "professionals" will populate advertising their services. An issue that has been plaguing the beauty community for years now are people creating fictitious business pages with other peoples photos to steal deposits (yes.. it happens more often than you'd think), & professionals posting photos that aren't a true representation of their work ( overly filtered photos, facetuned, etc) .
As my 1st official post on IN THE GLOW- with Monique Nicole I wanted to highlight a few professionals in the Jacksonville & surrounding areas. Some I have worked with & know personally, some I do not. But all which have had great reputations & displayed beautiful work during my 7+ years working in the beauty industry.

Her spa is a one stop shop for facials, waxing, vagacials, teeth whitening, makeup (I'm the MUA there, so trust me, you'll be in good hands. lol) , plus more! Not to mention, her vibe is always so fun & welcoming!
